Steve Salvin was able to negotiate a two-year rent free period

Steve Salvin, 54, is the chief executive of Aiimi, a technology company that specialises in business data, digital services and AI and works for the likes of Jaguar Land Rover, Rolls-Royce and Anglian Water. Salvin led a management buyout in 2013 when the company was based in London and pencilled in a relocation to Milton Keynes as part of the strategic plan. The move to a new 10,000 sq ft office happened in early 2020 and Salvin says he did not lose a single person from the team, which has grown from 90 at the time to more than 200 today. The company expects revenues of £20 million this year, up from £15 million last year.
