Answering the energy question is central to addressing the challenges of our time. The changes we need to make as an economy and society must be done with workers and not to them. It should be clear that if the transition to net zero is going to succeed then workers’ voices must be at the heart of the industrial planning needed to meet the UK’s decarbonisation goals and net-zero obligations.
