He appreciated a step up in trip when a close second at Huntingdon last time and can go one better here.
State Legend is a useful handicapper on the Flat, winning at Sandown in July, and he looks well handicapped in this sphere.
He perhaps should have won at Huntingdon, wandering a little on the run-in before powering home late on and in front a stride after the line.
He is fitted with cheekpieces here, which should help with his concentration, and looks sure to go well.
