“Is it time to break the law?” asked Chris Packham in Chris Packham: Is it Time to Break the Law? and frankly it would have been a bit of an anti-climax if his answer, after all that, had been “no”. But, after some agonising Packham decided that it was time because peaceful activism hasn’t worked and we are “sleepwalking to an apocalypse”.
Some people dislike Packham (“tosser”, “dickhead” and “wanker” were some of the insults he read out), but I admire him. However, if he is considering acts of illegality in protest at political inertia over climate change I suspect he has done things the wrong
